1.Tell us about Masta Clan!

Masta Clan was formed in mid-year  of 2004. Masta Clan consists of 6 emcees and they are Drevil , Jn Bro , J Kamban , Mc Fitt , The  Reborn Sac  and Emcee Vin. We choose The genres  we good at it and spread our rhymes thru it. We are here to revolutionize  tamil hip hop music  industry. So welcome to the our empire  as we fly high  with  ‘Samungelic’  (a unicorn  that we  have as our center  of pride) .

2. What are your motives?

We want to  start a spark  among  people to unite  and set  their motives  right  towards a fine life.   We basically  do this  for our people  because we all are tamilan! So what we are expecting is the give the best from us. To change our peoples mindset towards a better life!

3.How did you involve in this industry?

We were in underground scene for a year struggling  without  any  hesitation!  Later , we found a producer who  is  willing to invest on us. We accepted the offer  and go with that way.  Unifly productions  labeled us  as a band  and brought   us out  from the underground  scene to the main stream.

4. Tell about Ashvaha song! Many people seem to like it!

Patience is the key towards success. We count that as our  very first step into this industry. We struggled and hard worked for our first single. The track is about thanking the angel  ‘Samungelic’  as our guardian. Ashvaha mean a Unicorn in Sanskrit. So as a starting we did a  recognition  track for our guardian. Next track will be for you all out there. Thank you for your support.

5.What is your bitter and sweet experience since involved in this industry?

Even the bitter experience are sweet now for us as we havemoved on thru  all thick  and thin. We really struggled  to come out with our single but finally we made  it  in the competitive world!

6.What do you think of Mannin Mainthargal industry?  Compared with ten years ago and now?

This  industry  has improved  a lot over the year. Music is not only about  money making and fame but it also plays role in changing ones life style  and in conjunction  with that people change accordingly to trend.  Comparing  to the previous years  , change was brought in sense of  modernization  of music. We are capable  to take out the challenge and  produce  master piece which  gradually build the standard of  our Mannin Mainthragal.   

7.Do you think any change is needed in our industry?

No matter what we do , we need to change in order to get better opportunities .  In this industry we seriously  need to give hands to other mannin mainthargal   to come up together and  win the battle together. We should work in family structure  and say NO to JEALOUSY!  We all are into same mission , which is make up our people mind  for better living.  We should team up and stand as brick wall to protect our community .

8.If you  given chance to go back  to 10 years ago, what would you do?

We would  have  started  fire in all young hearts to know their targets and goals.

9.What is you current project?

We are currently working  on first album which is called  Sangga Tamizha – ‘Hail and Rise of Samungeliz’. Very soon our album will be released.

10.What we can expect from Masta Clan?

Here we are now for the real fun! We would give you all the best knowledge that we individually have to trigger and ignite the right thought. We will deliver you all the correct message at the correct time. We are here to help you all thru our rhymes.

11.Any word to Mannin Mainthargal out there?

Let us all be together , and struggle together in this industry. Lets us ride our lives as far as we can. No matter when , we give the best ever in us to entertain our people! We are one family,let us stay united infront of the our fans and family. We do our best from bottom of our hearts,sincerely for the community. With support of fans and family, we will make it big!

12.Any word to fans out there?

We got two words for you all Lets Rock!! We need continuous support from you all as we appreciate it to the maximum. Lets do this together . Tamil vanakam , Tamiley naam naamam ! Lets sail together tamilan!
