Moment of Truth - The Villanz
It has been a week since someone went missing. No traces, no footprints. You know I’m talking about who. Its me lah! After some sessions of greasing, I believe that things shall continue with MalaysiaMix. Actually I was out from MalaysiaMix due to some clashing of time between my job, leisure, rest and the posting not to forget my sleeping time. I just don’t sit in one place and expect the information to fall on my hand instead I use to go around meet everyone. Thats how Plan B do his work. After meeting all the heroes, I wanted to have a change. So, I met Villanz last night. Yeap, the guys who named Kash, J mal, and Capital J. Sadly double J’s wasn’t there.
Before that I’ll tell you within the last one week where I went and what i did. Friday, I was in Cheras with my friends who joined….. (Okay okay I can hear you ppl saying “Stop right there and tell me about Villainz!!”) Isk… I’ll start here. Before that, welcome back to myself. haha…
I could say that alot of Malaysian artist are supporting us in MalaysiaMix and among them who support us 100% are Villanz. I dropped a call yesterday to Kash, told him that I wanna meet the “Bad Guys” for some talks as lately they were really busy and Plan B would be glad to make them busier 
but the best part is when he said “okay 8pm, Location:xxx . Call me once you are there”.

(Plan B try to be serious!) LOL… brave myself!!! haha.. they;re actually my friends in the real world. And then, its all started.
Plan B : Good Evening, Kash
Kash : Good Evening. How are you?
Plan B : I’m fine. You seems to be busy lately.
Kash : Yes, currently we are in tight schedule.
HOLD ON!!!! This is not our style, now you see…..
(i’ll go straight to point)
Plan B : Yo bro…. long time no see blah blah blah.
Kash : Same as above.
(Then we talk some stories about ourself for a while before the following)
Plan B : Bro, I wanted to tell you that Astivaram did not meet my expectation. Is it a flop album? (I really asked this questionlah!)
Kash : Its not flop. We sold all 11,000 copies. Its no longer in market and that means we’re sold out. If Astivaram didn’t do well, we would never come up with Saagavaram. Without Astivaram, there is no Saagavaram.
Plan B : As for me, Astivaram does not satisfy my tpe of music fans.
Kash : Astivaram was meant for different type of listeners. Its not a commercial album. Then from the feedback and response we got, Saagavaram was made for everyone. Astivaram have been the basement for us.
Plan B : So, bro… do you accept that Astivaram was not a talk of the town.
Kash : Not really. As I said its not for commercial but it was nominated for AIM, Best newcomer for MIMI awards, Malaysian Book of records and few other awards.
Then the interesting part came…..
Plan B : Comedy time, whats that all about? How come you got involved?
Kash : There were some issues with Y. I won’t get involved for no reason.
Plan B : What kind of issues and how it was linked to the song?
Kash : It was some personal things but its not to be mentioned in the song.
Plan B : Doesn’t mean that dissing is nessecary here.
Kash : Dissing is one of a concept in hip hop. Eminem dissed Britney, Moby and alot more ppl but its not creating any issue. Its our listeners mentality which supposed to learn to accept the fact that music and personal life is different.
Plan B : Why the song was made in the first place?
Kash : It is made for ppl to listen and the thing which matters for the listeners are the message and for me its about being an entertainer. Song’s name is Comedy Time and its all for comedy purpose and don’t forget about the Question Mark i have at the end. That means its up to listeners how they wanna take it.
Plan B : Whats the song all about?
Kash : The song is simple, Y&C’s never ending story.
Plan B: Then why does personal issue become the topic here?
Kash : Come onlah, C&Y was talking all about them and the issues between them. So, I highlighted in a different way. How long things are going to go seroius?? Take it easy.
Plan B : But some lines seems to be very sensitive. How about that?
Kash : It happened.
Plan B : Okay. You and Y have worked together for Vassan’s Anava Attam song. How about that?
Kash : I made my part seperately, and he made his. There is no such thing as we were in the studio at the same time as requested by myself. Those involved knows the truth.
(Oi…. Shall I stop here??)
Plan B : Bro, why kids get involved in this song?
Kash : Oh, for this one…. when ppl can’t accept our words then we have to get kids to tell them that what they are doing is exactly like a part of comic strip. Let the kids ask the question, “is this music scene or war zone?”.
Plan B : So, how C & Y’s fan will react?
Kash : No matter who, the first thing which they will do after listening that song is laugh. This thing must not be taken as a big issue.
Plan B : How abt the rest.
Kash : You see…. almost everyone listened to that song and it have became one of their fav track. I heard almost all shops played it. If ppl blame me for this and Its better be a bad guys for being true.
Plan B : How about Jmal and Cap J?
Kash : We are a group so everything is done by a group.
Plan B : Now Villanz MIGHT… be replied by two different party. Can you accept the challenge of them?
Kash : I welcome them with open heart. I have opened a book for them to write anything they want. Music is universal.
Plan B : So, is this going to be lyrical only?
Kash : What you mean?
Plan B : Does this issue going to be in songs only?
Kash : Yes of course. If it’s not going to be lyrical, then I don’t have to do a song. Instead of doing a song, I can go the other way around. But this is music , and I want to keep it healthy with the fans entertained.
(Plan B thinks that every artist is a fighter)
Plan B : Someone dissed you in their 222 song. How you going to take it?
Kash : Who is Someone? Are they new? Tell me.
-So, I started explaining about the Someone.
Kash: Happy to hear that. Finally, there is a diss track for us. Thanks to them for researching about Villanz. Good Luck in the music journey.

Plan B : The talked about Saagavaram.
Kash : Well, Saagavaram is for music which never end. Its not my Saagavaram as mentioned in the song. Does Someone is mainstream?
Plan B : No. They’re from a conpetition and making start getting into the scene.
Kash : First, I would advice generally to establish theirself. Don’t make things which would not benefit commercially.
Plan B : Finally, what might be ending of this Comedy Time thing?
Kash : It started as music and will end as music. No restriction for it and we can’t predict the future.

Plan B : Then how abt rest? You seems to be concentrating on one person .
Kash : (Just pretend I didnt ask the question with a smile) The truth will be revealed soon.
Okay…..Thats the content of whole 3 hours of what we were discussing. So, I guess I have solved the question of the year. Want me to recall the question?? “Why Villanz did this song?” Finally, It has been answered. I guess there is no more question to ask about the song. Incase someone have it, then drop it here in comment box. Its the first time this type of questions was raised and I would like to thank Kash for coming up front and spent some time to let all of us know the whole story which hidden all these while.
