Referring to your teleconversation with me regarding your dissatisfaction related to the comments in ”Whom You Want Us To Interview’. You have highlighted that we have failed to filter bad comments and advised us to take an action immediately. Therefore, we have removed the comments and making an apology to yourself as the comments were pointed right to you and Malaysiamix failed to filter those negative comments. Regret to say that the reason for this to happen is due to some lack of monitoring of visitor feedback. With the amount of comments we have been receiving, it is slightly time consuming to check through each and every comment. All these while we believed that the visitors of our site are music lover but we just came to realize that there are some culprits who use Malaysiamix to show some bad attitude by sending negative comments.

We are making an apology to yourgoodself regarding our failure to remove bad comments which were pointed to you directly.
As a website which supports Malaysian Music Industry, we shouldn’t have allowed such thing happen in the first place but here we admit our mistake.
Besides that we would also like to express our gratitude to you for showing us some guidance during the times when we make mistake.
