Music lovers out there! As you all know Masta K @ Kannan Arumugam, the famous artiste in music industry. Lets go through about him and I am very sure everyone out there have been waiting to read about him….hmm

He was born on 27th of January and his age is a secret which cannot be revieled at the moment. That date is so precious as in that date is who this awesome artiste was born. He was educated in SMK Abdul Samad and later on continued his studies in UNITEN. He had his interest in his music since he started schooling….

Step by step he brushen up his knowledge in his music life.

He took sangeetam and learned how to play Classical Music Instruments. Since he was small, his whole family is religious and showed passion in music. With the support of his family and loved ones, it has brought him up till this level whereby he is known by everyone even a small kid….

Lets get to know more about his character. He is down to earth person, very friendly and kind person. He also helps the other upcoming artiste too. He has thought he meaning and value of music to many music interest out there. He has performed in many stages. Most important value in him is that he is talented. With the talent he had, it has made him a very well known person in music industry and also the society…

He had worked for few songs in Zurahzamharam album. His first song was “Kalai Uyuruma”. It is a very magnificent Karnatic Rap song. Second was “Asaiya Kattule”, Masta K Collabration with       Mc Va and Rabbit Mac . Besides that he too did “Vel Vel” in Emcee Jesz International album “Kavithai Gunder” . Most of the song lyrics in that album has been written by him..

In addition to this, third Diwan Watchout “18 Vayasu, Masta K Collabration Stylomanavan, Shevan Raj and Switch and also wrote most of the lyrics for songs in that album. The lyrics of him are very meaningful and it brings a very hit to the song as well.

Furthermore now as we all know, he is working with the Living Legend, Dr.Burn in “Sollisai Thalaivan”. It will be out in Summer 2010. sit back and wait for it. You can discover most of his talent and hard work in that particular album. Moreover he helped upcoming artiste such as Kelly Single’s,Masta K has wrote the lyric for song and music composed by Dr.Burn in “Nittrai Nilave” album.

He is the world’s first Karnatic Rapper whereby he has combined Rap and Karnatic. Hence Masta K gives the meaning for Masta of Karnatics. Hats of to Masta K for his good job. Music is in his soul. Remember!
